Financial losses, lost revenue, lost profits, or lost business opportunities
Violations of third-party intellectual property, privacy, or other rights
Unintended promises, commitments, discounts, or offers made in AI Content
Customer disputes, complaints, or demands arising from Published Content
Suspension or termination of your Google Business Profile or other accounts
Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
BY USING OUR AI SERVICES, YOU VOLUNTARILY AND KNOWINGLY ASSUME ALL RISKS ASSOCIATED WITH AI-GENERATED CONTENT.

AI cannot truly understand your business context, customer history, or the specific circumstances surrounding each review.
YOU are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of AI Services and any Published Content complies with all applicable laws:
IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL DAMAGES, LOSSES, AND CAUSES OF ACTION ARISING FROM AI SERVICES OR AI CONTENT EXCEED THE GREATER OF: (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE SIX (6) MONTHS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS (USD $100.00).
If any provision of this Disclaimer is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such finding shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions. The invalid or unenforceable provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable while preserving the parties' original intent.
