You are solely responsible for ensuring compliance before publishing.

Violations of third-party intellectual property, privacy, or other rights
Unintended promises, commitments, discounts, or offers made in AI Content
Customer disputes, complaints, or demands arising from Published Content
Suspension or termination of your Google Business Profile or other accounts
Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
BY USING OUR AI SERVICES, YOU VOLUNTARILY AND KNOWINGLY ASSUME ALL RISKS ASSOCIATED WITH AI-GENERATED CONTENT.

YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT:
When you disconnect a location or delete your account, all associated data is permanently and irreversibly deleted from our systems. We do not retain any user data for AI training or any other purpose.

YOU ASSUME ALL RISK associated with publishing AI-generated marketing content. 5S Reviews is not liable for any regulatory action, platform policy violation, defamation claim, or other legal consequence arising from your use of AI-generated content.
We strongly recommend having all AI-generated marketing content reviewed by a qualified marketing professional or legal advisor before publication.
Our escalation system uses keyword matching and rating thresholds to identify reviews that may require urgent attention.
Escalation alerts are NOT a substitute for regular review monitoring. The system may:

YOU are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of AI Services and any Published Content complies with all applicable laws:
IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL DAMAGES, LOSSES, AND CAUSES OF ACTION ARISING FROM AI SERVICES OR AI CONTENT EXCEED THE GREATER OF: (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE SIX (6) MONTHS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS (USD $100.00).
If any provision of this Disclaimer is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such finding shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions. The invalid or unenforceable provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable while preserving the parties' original intent.
