5S Reviews is an AI-powered Google Business Profile review management platform that provides:
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and all activities under your account.
We offer Pro, Premium, and Business subscription tiers with different features and usage limits.
We offer a 7-day free trial. No charges will be made during the trial period.
Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually in advance through Stripe. All fees are in USD.
All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. You may cancel anytime to avoid future charges.

All rights, title, and interest in the Services are owned by or licensed to 5S Reviews.
You retain all ownership rights to your business data and User Content. You own all AI-generated responses created using the Services, but you are solely responsible for reviewing and approving all content before publication.
Our collection, use, and protection of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Services, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.
By using our Services, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use anonymized and de-identified versions of review data and AI-generated responses to train, improve, and enhance our AI systems.
When you disconnect a location: Review data is anonymized (reviewer names, photos, and identifiers removed) but review text and AI responses may be retained for AI training purposes. This anonymized data cannot be traced back to you or your business.
If you wish to have all data permanently deleted including anonymized content, contact us at support@5sreviews.com before disconnecting your location.

5S Reviews expressly disclaims all liability for any errors, inaccuracies, or inappropriate content produced by AI, including any harm to your business reputation, legal claims, or financial losses.
The Services integrate with third-party services including Google Business Profile, Stripe, OpenAI, and Supabase. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.
We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, 5S REVIEWS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100 USD, whichever is greater.
You may terminate your account at any time from your account settings. We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you breach these Terms, fail to pay, or if required by law.
Upon termination, your access to the Services will immediately cease and we may delete your data in accordance with our data retention policy.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration conducted by the American Arbitration Association (AAA).
