We may offer a 14-day free trial for eligible users. At the end of the trial period, your account will be automatically converted to a paid subscription unless you cancel before the trial expires. No charges will be made during the trial period.
We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time. Price changes will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. We will provide at least 30 days' notice of any price increases via email.
All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in these Terms. If you are dissatisfied with our Services, you may cancel your subscription at any time to avoid future charges.

You own all AI-generated responses created using the Services. However, you are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving all AI-generated content before publication. We disclaim any responsibility for the content of AI-generated responses.
If you provide us with feedback, suggestions, or ideas about the Services, you grant us a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use and incorporate such feedback without any obligation to you.
Our collection, use, and protection of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Services, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. You acknowledge that you provide data at your own risk.

If we cannot resolve a dispute informally, you and ReplyWise AI agree to resolve any claims through final and binding arbitration, except as otherwise provided. The arbitration will be conducted by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Commercial Arbitration Rules.
You and ReplyWise AI agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action.
For any claims not subject to arbitration, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of courts located in Delaware, United States.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any additional terms you agree to, constitute the entire agreement between you and ReplyWise AI regarding the Services.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision.
You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations without restriction.
We will not be liable for any failure to perform due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, floods, accidents, network infrastructure failures, strikes, or shortages of transportation facilities.
You agree to comply with all applicable export and import control laws and regulations in your use of the Services.
The Services constitute "Commercial Items" as defined in 48 C.F.R. §2.101, and are licensed to U.S. Government end users with only those rights as granted to all other end users.
